Remote Control Functional
Our cremation machine features a touchscreen interface that allows for automated control of the operational process. Additionally, it can be upgraded to be controlled via our mobile app. To further enhance user convenience, we also ofer remote internet connectivity for system updates, checks, and maintenance for the equipment.
Digital Display System
The digital display system will show information related to the cremation process, including oxygen levels and duration of cremation, enabling staf to monitor the cremation process in real-time and intervene manually if necessary.
Structure and Material
This furnace model is an eficient combination type with a secondary combustion system. The main framework is made of Q235 steel, and the exterior is finished with high-temperature electrostatic spraying, customizable according to customer requirements. The furnace chamber is expertly constructed using T-3 refractory bricks and high-temperature adhesive
Movable Chamber Bed
Unlike conventional cremation machines that feature a fixed hearth bed, our system incorporates a movable hearth bed. This allows for seamless transportation of the body into the cremation chamber and enhances operational efficiency.

oxgen, temperatures and negative pressure results in a constant process of cremation. As a result fuel consumption with the AC-P162 is minimised making it extremely economical. The controlled cremation process keeps maintenance costs to a minimum.
