The J-161 cremator is a hotstart cremator that can be supplied as a ‘single chamber bed’ or ‘double chamber bed’ version. Build-in Cooling Chamber
After the cremation process is complete, the ashes are transported along with the movable hearth bed to the cooling chamber. This ensures that the ashes are managed promptly and efficiently, reducing the risk of contamination and maintaining a clean work environment.
Digital Display System
The digital display system will show information related to the cremation process, including oxygen levels and duration of cremation, enabling staf to monitor the cremation process in real-time and intervene manually if necessary.
Remote Control Functional
Our cremation machine features a touchscreen interface that allows for automated control of the operational process. Additionally, it can be upgraded to be controlled via our mobile app. To further enhance user convenience, we also ofer remote internet connectivity for system updates, checks, and maintenance for the equipment.
Movable Chamber Bed
Unlike conventional cremation machines that feature a fixed hearth bed, our system incorporates a movable hearth bed. This allows for seamless transportation of the body into the cremation chamber and enhances operational efficiency.
Automated Operations

AC – P162 is an extremely efficient cremaor and most popularly used of entire AC cremator range. The J-161 cremator is a hotstart cremator that can be supplied as a ‘single chamber bed’ or ‘double chamber bed’ version. This cremator is ideal for crematoria with an annual capacity of more than 3000 cremations. In order to ensure the best performance and a long service life, this cremator requires on-site installation.
The J161 is a hot-start cremator and to ensure the safty of the operator it is supplied with the movable chamber hearth bed. The hearth bed can be moved by the automatic trolley from the chamber to the cooling chamber and ash picking platform after cremation. It is the most convenient design for charging the body or coffin and collecting ashes.
The J161 has an build-in cooling chamber allows for a very simple and smooth cremation process, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.
The unique operating system makes it exrmely easy to operate the cremator and any filter system subsequently incorporated as well as automatic charging trolley. The automatic charging trolley can be started and the body or coffin automatically transfered by a few simple actions on the touch-screen (also can be upgraded to mobile app control).
The cremation process can then start. these actions are stored in the PLC system and displayed on the touch screen. Any adjustments in the parameters of the cremation process can
easily be made using the same touch screen. We can also assist you remotely
via a remote connection should any adjustments need to be made in the
cremation process.
The extremely reliable continuous measurement of oxgen, temperatures and negative pressure results in a constant process of cremation. As a result fuel consumption with the AC-J161 is minimised making it extremely economical. The controlled cremation process keeps maintenance costs to a minimum.
